What service can you give?
Volunteer Resources
Agencies: Partner with United Way of Treasure Valley Volunteer Center

VSB also works closely with the United Way Volunteer Center in coordinating programs such as the Volunteer Expo.

The United Way Volunteer Center is a statewide initiative that facilitates volunteerism and community service by matching volunteers with service projects in their communities. As the "Give Help" component of 211 Idaho, callers dialing 211 looking for ways to engage in the community are transferred to the Volunteer Center where they are connected with an opportunity that matches their interests, skills and availability. Volunteers can also access opportunities through a web-based database, and can sign up for automatic notification of new opportunities. The service is free for volunteers.

If you are interested in volunteering outside of VSB-sponsored service projects, check out www.volunteersolutilns.org/uwtv/volunteer
